Logabai v. No Respondent

A.No.5042 of 2024 in O.P.No.339 of 2024 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This application has been filed to issue subpoena to call for official witness and to examine the psychiatry doctor namely M.Malaiappan working in regional Medical Board Government Institute of Mental Health, Kilpauk, Chennai to appear before this Court and the petitioner's side further witness in the above O.P.No.339 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

3. In the interest of justice, this application is allowed. Since the main O.P is for the appointment of Guardian to the mentally retarded person namely Amudha @ Narmadha.

4. Hence, the Registry is directed to issue subpoena and for appearance of the witness before the learned Master on 29.10.2024.
