This petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner to prefer this appeal as a third party against the order dated 02.09.2022 in WP No.23159 of 2022.

2. The petitioner is the owner of the land covered in S.No.6/2D and 6/2C, Kanchivakkam Village, Vattambakkam Panchayat, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. Since the property is directed to be attached and sold, the petitioner is a necessary party and he should have been impleaded as a party.

3. Hence, this petition is ordered.
