Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in connection with G.O.(D) No.367, dated 29.06.2017, issued by the first respondent and quash the same and further direct the first respondent to refer the Industrial Dispute raised by the petitioner union on 13.08.2014 and issue such further or other appropriate orders or direction as this Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, award costs.

Pending the writ petition, the parties have amicably settled the issue among themselves and have entered into a memorandum of settlement under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 and produced a copy of the same.
