This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every first Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders which was imposed upon by this Court by an order made in Crl.M.P.No.1141 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29736 of 2024 dated 28.01.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation in this case completed and final report filed.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1141 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29736 of 2024 dated 28.01.2025 to appear before the respondent police every first Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders is not required.
