O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the 3 rd respondent to register an FIR on the 4 th respondent complaint dated 09.03.2016 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Now, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint lodged by the 4 th respondent was enquired and thereafter a case was registered in Crime No.251 of 2017.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that thereafter the FIR has been sent to the Vigilance Anti Corruption, for further enquiry and recorded the submissions, this petition is dismissed.
