In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, as the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the Community Certificate as sought for by the petitioners, had been issued to them by the respondents.
