This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 7(c) in Crl.O.P.No.18111 of 2025 dated 07.07.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18111 of 2025 dated 07.07.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required on receipt of summons.
