C.M.P.No.24216 of 2019 in C.M.A.No.SR 125214 of 2019 K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J and V.SIVAGNANAM, J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 298 days in preferring the appeal.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner Mrs.C.Bhuvanasundari would state that the first respondent is the claimant before the Tribunal and the second respondent was the insured. The second respondent remained exparte and he refused to receive the notice sent in the application.

3.Though the first respondent has been served and his name is printed in the cause list, none appears for him.

4.On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
