In the course of hearing, Ms.Amritha Dinakaran, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondent, informs the Court that the conveyance, bearing Registration No.TN04AX1199, has been released.

2. In light of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner makes an endorsement seeking withdrawal of this writ petition as the petitioner does not wish to pursue the same any further.

3. Recording the aforesaid, this writ petition is closed as withdrawn. No costs.
