O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation from the file of the 2nd respondent to the CBCID in respect of Crime No.215 of 2017.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed in this case and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.110 of 2018 by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ariyalur, and trial has also commenced.

3.The submissions made by the learned counsel on either side are recorded. In view of the same, nothing survives for further consideration in the matter. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4.The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose the matter as expeditiously as possible, but not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
