ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders passed in W.P.No.28912 of 2010 made on 15.09.2011. 2.When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, Mr.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instruction, would submit that, by passing an order on 29.01.2021 by the Block Educational Officer i.e., the fourth respondent, Andhanallur, the benefits that has been directed to be conferred on the petitioner by the orders passed by this Court dated 15.09.2011 in the aforesaid writ petition, has been conferred and since the petitioner during the pendency of the contempt petition is expired, the benefits payable to the petitioner would be disbursed to the wife of the petitioner, who is the legal heir. Therefore, the learned Government Advocate would submit that, in view of the compliance made, this contempt petition may be disposed of. 2/4
