N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., The present Application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff, praying for an order of substituted service of suit summons on the fifth defendant by way of paper publication in one edition of English daily having circulation in the city of Thane.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/defendants submitted that he has no serious objection to the Application being allowed.

3. In view of the submission made by the respondents/defendants' counsel, this Court is inclined to allow the present Application. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the plaintiff is permitted to take substituted service on fifth defendant, by way of Paper Publication in one issue of widely circulated English daily, indicating the date of hearing as 24.10.2019.

4.Post the matter on 24.10.2019.
