O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 2nd respondent to consider his representation dated 02.07.2024 seeking deletion of 3rd respondent's name from Patta No.988 pertains to property situated in Survey No.112/1A at Brammadesam Village, Perambalur District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned property belonged to him and the name of the 3rd respondent was wrongly included in the patta. Therefore, he submitted a representation on 02.07.2024 seeking deletion of 3rd respondent's name and the same has not been considered. Hence, he is before this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 and 2, submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on its' own merits within a time fixed by this Court. 2/4

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2024 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing necessary notice to the 3rd respondent.
