ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for not obeying the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.9062/2021 dated 13.04.2022.
2. As per the order passed by this Court dated 07.07.2023, the respondent is appeared before this Court.
3. The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the order of the writ court was complied with and the petitioner's name, viz., A.Babu, Forest Range Officer, (Rtd) was included in the panel for the post of Assistant Conservator of Forest for the year 2014-2015, by issuing Government Order in G.O.(D) No.142, Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR.1) Department, dated 01.08.2023. To that effect, a compliance report along with the above said Government Order was also placed before this Court.
4. The learned Additional Advocate General also assured before this Court that in compliance to the above said Government Order, the monetary benefits of the petitioner will be settled to him, within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
