Contempt petitions filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act praying to punish the respondents for not complying the order passed in W.P.Nos.7101, 7099, 7103 and 7096 of 2022 respectively, dated 28.03.2022.

2.The fourth respondent has filed compliance report wherein, in paragraph nos.7 and 8 it has been stated as follows: '7)It is respectfully submitted that as per the instruction of the orders of the Hon'ble High Court, supra, and as incurred in the Contempt Petition, The District Collector, 2/4
Chengalpattu District (first respondent / respondent here-in) has passed orders in his proceedings Rc.15406/2019/B1, dated 23.03.2023 and sanctioned redetermine the compensation enhanced amount of Rs.24,93,571 (Rupees Twenty-four lakhs Ninety three thousand five hundred and seventy one only) to Tmt.Amirthammal w/o Bangaru and Rs.1,74,889/- (Rs.One lakh seventy four thousand eight hundred and eighty nine only) to Thiru Ellappan S/o.Sanjeevi Naicker and also rejected the petitions of Thiru Balan s/o Subramani, Thiru.Ellamuthu S/o.Sanjeevi Naicker, Tmt.Jagatha W/o.Vijayarangan since their Survey numbers 119/2, 82/3B and 105/1C were not covered in orders of the A.S.151 to 153/1991.
8)It is respectfully submitted that an amount of Rs.22,35,985/- (Rupees Twenty Two Lakhs, Thirty five Thousand, Nine hundred and eighty five only) disbursed to Tmt.Saraswathi.V D/o Bangaru by Tahsildar Tambaram vide cheque no.063990 dated M.DHANDAPANI,J.

pri 05.04.2023, State Bank of India, Tambaram branch and Rs.1,74,889/- (Rs.One lakh seventy four thousand eight hundred and eighty nine only) disbursed to Thiru Ellamuthu S by Tahsildar Tambaram vide cheque no.063991 dated 05.04.2023, State Bank of India, Tambaram branch.'
3.In view of paragraph nos.7 and 8 of the compliance report filed by the fourth respondent, there is no willful disobedience and these Contempt Petitions are closed.
