This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall sign before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed by this Court dated 09.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12184 of 2023 and permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on summons.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
