This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 26.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16579 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagapattinam, on every Monday, till the charge sheet is taken on file and thereafter, as directed by the Magistrate during the hearing date of the case.
