This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15286 of dated 17.07.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15286 of 2023 dated 17.07.2023 is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., every 1st and 4th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
