Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been investigated and closed on 15.07.2019 as a mistake of fact.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no effective orders can be passed in the present Criminal Original Petition. Hence this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
