This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.15 of 2021 pending on the file of 1st respondent police.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
