The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.2 of 2022 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 506(1) of IPC .

2. It is stated that the petitioners had already been granted anticipatory bail in Crl.OP.No.17789 of 2022. By an order dated 29.07.2022, this Court has granted anticipatory bail with a condition that the petitioner should pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- each to the defacto complainant. The said condition had not been complied with. As a matter of fact, in the entire petition there is not even one single mentioning about Crl.OP.No.17789 of 2022 or the order dated 29.07.2022. It is clearly a case of suppression of material fact.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The respondent shall take further action against the petitioners, since the petitioners have violated the condition of the Court and also suppressed the filing of the anticipatory bail application and the order of granted by this Court.
