Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records in Rc.No.C2/33/2025 passed by the second respondent on 04.07.2025, set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Dilli, S/o. Elumalai, aged 29 Years, who is now detained in Central Prison, Cuddalore before this Honble Court and set him at liberty. For Petitioner :
