(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.Singaravelan, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.Akshai Sajin Kumar.V.L, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 5.
2. Grievance is made about illegal mining in the Karur District.
3. Learned State Government Pleader submits that the grievance made regarding the mining activities in the Karur District would come within the realm of the Madurai Bench.
4. In the light of that, we dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition before the Madurai Bench. In that event, all contentions of the respective parties are kept open. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.31860 to 31862 of 2023 are closed.
