The petitioner has come forward with this petition praying for a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondent 2 from disturbing petitioner peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property situated in S. No.81/10 and 81/13 of an extent of 0.38.5 Ares 0.30 Cents and 0.41.0 Ares 0.33 Cents Koovathur (North) Village Udayarpalayam Taluk Ariyalur District as detailed in the Sale Deed in Document No. 1084/2001 dt 21.6.2001 on the file of the Sub Registrars Office Andimadam Ariyalur District.

Mr. V. Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that he has been advised to withdraw the petition with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected W.M.P.No.36553 of 2016 is also dismissed.
