Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the detenue/minor daughter of the petitioner namely B.Rishika, aged about 3 years, before this Court and handover the custody to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ of habeas corpus has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the minor child of the petitioner namely B.Rishika, aged about three years.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the three year old minor child has already been handed over to the petitioner and the child is now with the petitioner.

In respect of other allegations raised, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent Police Authorities by registering a complaint or approach the competent Court for the purpose of resolving the matrimonial disputes.

With the above liberty, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
