Both these applications have been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking an interim injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with the activities of the applicant and interim injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession of the applicant of the scheduled mentioned property. 2.By an order dated 30.04.2024, an order of interim injunction had been granted in O.A.No.336 of 2024. Even on that date, an Arbitrator had been appointed to examine the disputes between the parties. Thereafter, owing to various other circumstances, by an order dated 03.10.2024, in A.No.5116 of 2024 in O.A.No.336 of 2024, once again the appointment was revisited and Hon'ble Mr.Justice S.Rajeshwaran, former Judge of this Court had been appointed as Sole Arbitrator.

3.Since an arbitrator had now entered appearance, it would only be appropriate that all pending issues relating between the two parties are referred to the learned Arbitrator for adjudication of the same on the basis of the records available with him. Consequently, O.A.Nos.671 & 672 of 2024 are 1/3

closed. But, however, the interim order granted would be in force till the first hearing date before the learned Arbitrator and thereafter, both parties are at liberty to putforth their arguments for extending or vacating the interim order before the learned Arbitrator. No further orders are required. Both applications stand closed.
