This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 29.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.4404 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.1464 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police weekly once on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in every fortnight on Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
