1.Learned counsel for petitioner concedes that there are errors in the affidavit which require rectification. 1.1.To be noted, affidavit accompanying the writ petition has been filed in the name of, one, Mr.A.Velankanni s/o.Anthony. However, the averments made in paragraph no.2 suggest that the affidavit has been filed by his wife.
