O R D E R

The petitioners herein, who are accused in Crime No.88 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police arrested on 25.06.2025 for the offence under Sections 296(b), 132, 351(3), 61(2) of BNS, 2023 read with Sections 4(b)(i), 5(a) of Explosive Substances Act, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that, on 24.06.2025, petitioners along 1/3

with two other accused persons were found in possession of country bomb.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) opposed for grant of bail stating that the petitoners are notorious persons having 10 and 11 previous cases respectively and now one of the accused is absconding. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and the objection made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 19.08.2025 sma 2/3
