This application is filed to condone the delay of 2153 days in representing the written statement of the defendants.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs has no objection for allowing this application.

3.It is seen from the order dated 27.09.2022 that the original written statement was filed in the year 2016 in S.R.No.41618 of 2016 and it was returned on 09.11.2016 for complying with certain defects. It appears that the return was not taken and complied. Subsequently, copy of the written statement was filed for D1 to D3 and that was also returned on 29.09.2021. Inspite of the returns, no steps had been taken, for which, now the present application is filed to condone the delay of 2153 days in representing the written statement. 4.Considering the fact that the written statement was filed in time and it was returned for complying with certain defects and that defects had been complied with now, this Court condones the delay of 2153 days in representing the original written statement and allows this application.
