Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 19.10.2022 requesting the respondents to utilize the nearby available alternative vacant land for building houses for the Srilankan Tamil Refugees without disturbing the possession of the petitioner in the said land comprised in Survey Nos.243/2A and 243/2B at Minnur Village, Ambur Taluk, Tirupattur District measuring an extent of 0.99.50 hectares where the petitioner has been carrying agricultural activities for their livelihood for more than three generations.
