ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.44 of 2024 .

2. Though the petition has been filed seeking such a direction, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that A1 and A2 are absconding and that a Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against them. Steps are being taken to locate the whereabouts of the accused and execute the warrant expeditiously.

3. In view of the above submissions, the respondent police is directed to execute the warrant at the earliest and produce the accused before the Trial Court.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
