ORDER

The present revision arises out of an order passed in I.A.No.5876 of 2018 in O.P.No.3978 of 2018 on the file of V Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. This Court is informed that the said O.P. was dismissed by the trial Court on 08.04.2022 itself, and therefore, as on date, the CRP has become infructuous.

3. In the result, this revision is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the revision petitioner is at liberty to seek reopening the CRP in the eventuality of O.P. getting restored.
