(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.G.Thiagarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4.
2. An encroachment is alleged on the highway.
3. Learned State Government Pleader submits that notice has already been issued to the encroachers and further action, in accordance with law, would be undertaken.
4. Action, in accordance with law, may be undertaken, of course, after adhering to the principles of natural justice.
5. In the light of that, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
