C.M.P.No.21207 of 2025 in S.A. No. 717 of 2014 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J This petition has been filed to implead the respondents 2 to 6 as respondents in the above appeal.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought for allowing the parties mentioned in the petition to be impleaded.

3.However, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the proposed parties are none other than parties before the courts below who were omitted to be arrayed as parties in the second appeal. Further, it was submitted that even in this application, all parties are not arrayed. Hence, the petitioner counsel sought permission to file fresh petition bringing all the parties on record before the courts below as parties in the second appeal.
