Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the order dated 08.07.2022 in Na.Ka.33/2022/A passed by the third respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the fourth respondent to issue patta in respect of the land measuring a total extent of 1.25 acres, comprised in S.No.534/2 situated at Maraimalai Nagar, Thirukachoor Village, Chengalpet District in the name of the petitioner without insisting No Objection Certificate based on the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.9351 of 1998 and W.A.No.1573 of 2016 within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. 2/6

2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that as against the orders impugned in these writ petitions, there is effective appeal remedy available to the petitioners before the Revenue Divisional Officer and hence this Court may grant liberty to the petitioners to file appeal before the jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
