2. The learned counsel representing Public Prosecutor, submitted that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C. No.1701 of 2017, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Coimbatore. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
