ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate II at Coimbatore to complete the enquiry and dispose of the case in C.M.P.No.2671 of 2021 as soon as possible.

2.Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Coimbatore, to expedite the proceedings in C.M.P.No.2671 of 2021 and complete the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.
