PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Mandamus direct respondents 1, 3 and 5 to prevent any illegal sale or registration of the property in question by 6th and 7th respondents since they had already agreed to sell it to the petitioner and accepted Rs.75,00,000/- in advance since the original documents are still in petitioner possession, do not allow registration of any fraudulent sale deeds based on false claims of "missing documents".
