ORDER

The petitioner herein is the wife and the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.282 of 2023 which is filed by the respondent husband to declare the marriage solemnised between the two on 31.08.2022 as null 1/5

and void.

2.It is also seen that the petitioner has filed D.V.C.No.2 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam and M.C.No.15 of 2024 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Mettupalayam. Petitioner is also residing at Mettupalayam.

3.Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the records.

4.In the light of the above, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.282 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Alandur and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Mettupalayam.

5.The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
