This original Petition is posted today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the amount is already debited by the National Stock Exchange and the above amount has been released by the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that subject to the release of pledged shares and release of debit entries, he has no objection for the amount being released by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, the amount lying in the National Stock Exchange shall be released to the petitioner subject to the condition that release of debit entries and release of shares in favour of the respondent. http://www.judis.nic.in
