ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Police to return back the petitioner's Bullock Cart which was seized by them on 26.10.2016 and kept in their Custody.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the Bullock Cart was not seized by the respondent police and the same was seized by the revenue officials. Therefore, the petitioner has to work out his remedy only before the concerned revenue officials.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the concerned revenue authority and seek for return of the Bullock Cart.
