ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order dated 07.09.2022 passed by this Court in WP.No.24029 of 2022, thereby directed the respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and one, Venkatachalam who is the third respondent in the writ petition. 2.
Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.
Though the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent assisted a private party to fence in the subject property, the petitioner failed to produce any material to that effect. The petitioner did not even whisper that on what date, they visited the property and assisted the third party to fence the property. The petitioner simply issued legal notice, that too on 07.03.2023, and filed this contempt petition. Hence, no contempt is made out as against the respondent.
