The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.113 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused abused and attacked the de-facto complainant using beer bottles. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that due to previous enmity, the petitioner

along with other accused abused and attacked the de-facto complainant using beer bottles. He would further submit that the petitioner is the person who had inflicted serious injuries on the victim's face using beer bottles causing multiple injuries. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Heard the learned counsel. Taking into consideration the nature of the injury inflicted by the petitioner on the face of the victim, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 10.11.2022 mpl
