Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 from initiating action to recover the payment of incentive increments paid from the month of February, 2013, for qualifying M.Phil, degree from the 5th respondent, whereupon direct the respondents 1 to 4 to continue the payment of incentive increments in future.
