The order passed in the Writ Appeal in WA.No.1003 of 2022 dated 19.06.2024, may not be termed as violated since the petitioner's claim for grant of special pension has been rejected on 18.12.2024, which in our view, is a compliance of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench.
