This Application has been filed seeking leave to institute a Suit. 2.It is stated that the suit has been filed seeking recovery of money. Though that particular cause of action had arisen outside the jurisdiction of this Court, it is seen that two of the defendants are within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, the plaintiff takes advantage of Clause 12 of the Letter Patent and seeks leave to institute the suit within the jurisdiction of this Court. Leave is sought. Leave is granted. This Application is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to number the Suit, if it is otherwise in order.
