ORDER

In this matter, even as on 08.12.2025, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-management filed an affidavit stating that the order has been complied with. Since the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

disputed the same, an opportunity was granted to the petitioner to file a reply to the said affidavit on or before 17.12.2025 and the management was required to file a rejoinder, if any, to the reply.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, it was stated that no such reply has been filed by the petitioner and the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time in this matter.

3. Once again, the management has filed an affidavit stating that the management has complied with the order. Even if there is any further dispute, it would be open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Forum in the manner known to law and it can no longer be said that there is any wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent-management.

4. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed. 05.01.2026 ari
