ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent has produced the proceedings of the respondent dated 24.03.2023. On carefully going through the same, it is seen that the directions issued in the writ petition has been
complied with subject to the result of the Special Leave Petition. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner also acknowledges the fact that the respondent has issued such proceedings. However, the grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the monetary benefits are yet to be released.

The learned Government Advocate submitted that the monetary benefit will be released within a period of four weeks. 5.
This contempt petition is closed with a direction to release the monetary benefits to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.
