The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday evening at 5.30 p.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14961 of 2024, dated 26.06.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying the conditions for past one month and that investigation is completed.

3. Considering the fact that petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also completed, hence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
